EGREGIO is a single-origin mild intensity organic extra virgin olive oil produced by Oleoestepa from Hojiblanca and Picual olives. It has notable aromas of grass and tomato vine plus flavors of artichoke and green wood nicely balanced with the bitterness of pepper that tickles the tongue. It pairs well with leafy green salads, roasted vegetables, grilled fish, soups and stews. Suitable for cooking and finishing dishes.
